Select Start your free trial to open Klynke in Microsoft Marketplace.
You’ll be redirected to Microsoft Marketplace to begin the setup process.
Step 2: Complete the Marketplace Setup
- On the Klynke page in Microsoft Marketplace:
Select Get it now - Scroll down and select Next
- Choose your billing option:
• Recurring On: Your trial automatically convert to a subscription after 30 days.
• Recurring Off: Your trial ends after 30 days without starting a subscription. - Select the number of users you want to include. You can change this later.

Step 3: Activate Klynke
In the Klynke portal, select Activate to start your trial or activate your subscription.
Step 4: Grant Administrator Consent
Before Klynke can be used, a Global Administrator must grant the required permissions for your organization.
This is a one-time, tenant-wide consent and applies to all users.
Grant tenant-wide access
There are two ways to grant administrator consent:
Option 1: From Klynke
- Sign in at https://app.klynke.com using a Global Administrator account.
- Select View Permissions.
- Review and accept the requested permissions in the Microsoft consent dialog.
- Confirm the validation.
Option 2: Direct consent
- Open the Klynke administrator consent page.
- Signe in using a Global Administrator account.
- Review and accept the requested permissions in the Microsoft consent dialog
After completing the consent process, the Global administrator should sign out.
Step 5: Set up the Klynke Administrator
After administrator consent has been completed, the first user to sign in to Klynke is automatically assigned the Klynke Administrator role.
The Klynke Administrator can then open the License tab to:
- View available licenses
- Add users using the + button
- Assign licenses to users
Tip: We recommend assigning more than one Klynke Administrator to avoid access issues if one administrator is unavailable.
Step 6: Give Users Access
After the Klynke Administrator has assigned licenses, users can sign in directly to app.klynke.com.
Users do not need to provide additional permission consent. Their access is managed through their assigned Klynke license.
