Your data stays within Microsoft 365

Klynke is designed so that your time, project, task, and timesheet data is not stored in a separate Klynke database. Instead, Klynke uses Microsoft 365 services and your organization's existing security and access controls.

This means your time and project information remains within the Microsoft 365 environment rather than being stored in a separate Klynke data store. Klynke does not sell any data.

Secure access with Microsoft identity

Users access Klynke using their existing Microsoft identity through Microsoft Entra ID.

Your organization's Microsoft 365 administrators remain in control of access and permissions. Klynke is designed to work with the security and governance capabilities already available in your Microsoft 365 environment.

Built on Microsoft services

Klynke uses Microsoft 365 and Azure services as part of its application architecture. This allows Klynke to build on Microsoft's established security, identity, and infrastructure capabilities.
