  • Klynke Time Management App: User data is stored within the user’s own Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring data never leaves the user’s-controlled environment. We collect only unidentifiable internet web traffic logs, requiring user permission to modify data via Microsoft Graph.

  • (Marketing Website): We monitor unidentifiable internet web traffic logs and utilize Google Analytics for marketing analysis.

  • Klynke Subscription Portal: This is where we store user information on our Azure cloud servers. Information stored includes:

  • Personal identification information (e.g., name, email address, phone number).

  • Subscription purchase and history details.

Collection Methods:

  • Via Direct Interactions: When you register, subscribe, or use our services, we collect and store your information.

  • Indirectly: Through Microsoft Partner Center and other partners, aligning with your privacy settings and preferences.

Use of Your Data

We use your data to:Process orders, manage accounts, and subscriptions.Improve service performance and error identification (anonymized data). Send promotional emails about products, services, and offers (with your consent). Share data with partner companies (with your consent) for their promotional purposes. Note: We do not sell your data.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored in the user’s Microsoft 365 environment or our Azure Cloud, based on the service used. We retain subscription data permanently unless a deletion request is made.

You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of your data. Requests can be made via our support email.
