Klynke is part of Klynke ehf. with our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Klynke”, “us”, “our”, “we” or “company”). This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

What data do we collect:

Our company collects data through three main sites:

- Klynke Time Management App
All the user data is stored on the tenants own Microsoft 365 environment. No data is ever moved away from the tenants own controlled environment. Klynke Time Management App needs user permission to modify this data on behalf of the user through Microsoft Graph. The only user data we collect is unidentifiable internet web traffic logs.
- Klynke.com
This is the marketing webpage for Klynke. Here we monitor unidentifiable internet web traffic logs and Google Analytics tracking for marketing purposes.
- Klynke subscription portal
This is the only place where we store actual user information on our own servers hosted in Azure cloud. This is for customer subscription registrations via the Microsoft Appsource connection, so only administrators that purchase the solution will need to access this page.

How do we collect your data:
- Klynke Time Management App
All the user data is stored on the tenants own Microsoft 365 environment through Klynke on behalf of the user through Microsoft Graph. The unidentifiable internet web traffic logs are stored in the Azure cloud service hosting the web app.
- Klynke.com
Internet web traffic logs and Google Analytics tracking data is collected for marketing purposes.
- Klynke subscription portal
When the customer purchases a subscription the customer submits information about subscription type, contact info etc.

Our company will keep your subscription data permanently. If you request it, we can remove this data.

You have the right at any time to stop our company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the our company.
