Major New Features
Approval Process
Our new structured Approval Process introduces five distinct levels, ensuring a thorough and hierarchical review of time entries. This enhancement is designed to improve the accuracy and accountability of work hour tracking.
Time Registration Closure
The new Time Registration Closure feature allows administrators to control and restrict the period for time entry, ensuring more consistent and accurate tracking of work hours.
Additional Enhancements

Weekends Highlighted: Saturdays and Sundays now have a different background color for easier identification.
Expanded Time Registration Options: Additional minute options (10, 20, 40, and 50 minutes) have been added to the selection list.
Outlook Calendar Integration: When Klynke is configured to use multiple time zones, the original time zone of the Outlook event is now displayed.
Private Meetings Exclusion: Private meetings are no longer included in the Outlook list of events.
Teams
Team List Reload: You can now reload the team list to update it without needing to log out and back in.
Timesheet
New Approval Field: A new field is now available for customizable timesheet templates. It displays “Approved” if the new approval feature is in use.
Licensed Users Only: Only licensed users of Klynke are now displayed in the Employee list within the timesheet filter.
Individual Graphs: Graphs are now displayed individually to provide a clearer view, especially when the accompanying text is lengthy.
